Her extensive travels have immersed her in the finest culinary traditions around the world, inspiring her to bring these elevated dining experiences back to her hometown of Kansas City and the underserved regions of the Midwest.
Having worked alongside some of the world’s most talented inflight caterers, Melissa developed a deep understanding of what transforms good service into an exceptional inflight experience.
